தேங்காய் - 3 மேஜைக்கரண்டிதாளிக்க -
நல்லெண்ணெய் - 3 மேஜைக்கரண்டிகடுகு - 1 தேக்கரண்டிஉளுந்தம் பருப்பு - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டிசின்ன வெங்காயம் - 4கறிவேப்பிலை - சிறிது செய்முறை -
